Kathy Hicks
Kathy has served in administration and women's ministries many years with a Bible conference where her husband, Rick, was Director. She is a co-author of BOOMERS, XERS AND OTHER STRANGERS. Kathy now serves with the recruiting arm of Operation Mobilization in Georgia.

Nelson Malwitz
Founder and Director of the Finishers Project. Born in 1946, Nelson projects himself as a generic Evangelical baby-boomer that had a career in American industry. In March 2000, at 53 he partially retired to devote more time to the development of the Finishers Project. He serves as a facilitator among missions organizations and churches to bring together this movement to send more laborers into His harvest.

Alan Nagel
Director of Global Resources, an International ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, Alan is directing the City Finishers Forums — "Urbana"-like conference events. He was a leader in the CoMission, a pioneer project involving partnership of leading sending organizations.

Don Parrott
Director of Mobilization with OC International, Don was formerly a pastor in the Seattle area. He then served 14 years as a missionary, training pastors in Argentina and Guatemala with OC International before moving to Colorado to assume his current position.

Ele Parrott
Ele served as a missionary in Argentina and Guatemala with OC International before moving to Colorado to assume her current position in the recruitment department of OC International. She is currently preparing a book dealing with missionary service.

Lloyd Reeb
Lloyd is a Finisher, who transitioned from real estate development to missions 6 years ago. His life mission is to use his marketing background to engage others in world evangelization. Lloyd is responsible for the Finishers Project conference literature and web page development.

Jeff is involved with The Navigators new Finishers Ministry. A finisher himself, he recently completed a 29-year career in the hospitality industry. He is excited about assisting people at mid-life to consider "kingdom service" opportunities.
