ESL-JOBS.COM PROPOSALS
FOR PARTNER MINISTRIES
Level 1 - No Charge
Your agency works the ESL-JOBS.COM web site at no additional cost for those seeking missions positions and a $150 finders-fee for "paid positions". Your ministry username and password will not allow you to view those requesting paid positions unless your agency has agreed with the Finishers Project to pay the finders fee for each candidate accepted.
Level 2 - First Alert
Finishers Project (ESL-JOBS.COM) will provide an email to your agency to an address you specify of everyone that comes on the web site that meets your distinct specifications, i.e., what country, four years of college, those with post-college schooling, etc. Finishers Project will charge $0.25 cents per person.
Level 3 - Warm Contacts
Finishers Project (ESL-JOBS.COM) will make the initial email contact to each prospect that meets your specifications. We will gather from you the countries in which your agency has ESL opportunities and understand your application process. We will respond to each appropriate person with (1) an agreed upon message, customized in some way by picking up on something in their profile; (2) set a "From:" email address that you specify (this will mean any email response from a prospect will go directly back to you), and (3) send you a "blind copy" of each message. The charge will be $1.00 per custom email.
Level 4 - Starting the Process
Finishers Project (ESL-JOBS.COM) will send by mail a fulfillment package that appears to be from your organization using your envelope, your cover letter and materials, with a cover letter from us, if you wish. We will provide our postage and labor for a first class mailing up to 2 ounces. We will send to you by mail the inquiry profiles of each person in a single batch monthly. The charge will be $2.50 per profile with an additional $0.25 per ounce for mailings over 2 ounces.
Level 5 - Engaging the Prospect
Finishers Project (ESL-JOBS.COM) will make a phone call on behalf of your organization to pre-qualify prospects. As part of that phone call we will get permission to send a fulfillment package along with an application from your agency. We will notify your organization by email that we have sent an application and include a profile of the person. The charge will be $4.00 per person. Finishers Project will accept a limited number of organizations under this plan.
Acceptance of any of these services will include placing a credit card on file to be charged monthly. We will provide by email an accounting of the charges.
ESL-JOBS.COM FEE STRUCTURE
For missions positions, no additional fee for Finishers Project partners:
An organization must be a partner of the Finishers Project to gather contacts that indicate an interest in an ESL position where inquirers are willing to raise some or all support.

For the service at no additional fee, your agency password-protected will not show names of those interested in paid ("tentmaking") ESL positions.
Fee for tentmaking (paying) positions:
The rates below only apply to like-minded 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. Agencies that monitor this metric will realize that the fees are small in comparison to the average internal cost of about $1200 to $1800 per recruit.
For salaried positions there are no up front fees to join in to capture names on this web referral system. However, for each person on that joins your organization that posts their name on this web site, a fee is due. By agreeing to view inquiries that post their names seeking paid positions, these names are made available to your organization. These fees allow advertising.
