POSITIONS AS A MISSIONARY
Sending organizations are looking for full-time missionaries who are willing to spend one year serving our Lord overseas. Following are descriptions of the positions available:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two or four year college degree.
- A servant heart to serve our Lord full-time.
POSITIONS:
- 1500 or more positions available to conduct outreach and discipleship activities with the national churches or Christian groups.
- One-year renewable contract. Applications accepted year round.
LOCATIONS:
Taiwan, China or Japan.
REQUIRED SUPPORT RAISING:
US$750/month or more.
SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME:
Open.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with host church's youth program and teach English to the students as part of the church's outreach functions.
- Teach English in a public school or church school for 10 hours/week as an option.
- One-month vacation.
TRAINING:
The two-week TESOL training program starts whenever 10-30 team members are signed up. A TESOL certificate will be issued upon completion of the training. The training is often held in Orange County, California; however, training locations differ by organization.
