PARTIAL PAY / PARTIAL SUPPORT POSITIONS
Sending organizations are looking for partial support-raising missionaries who are willing to spend one-year serving our Lord abroad. Following are descriptions of the positions available:
Requirements:
- A minimum of four (4) years of college.
- Independent-minded individuals with strong faith to serve our Lord. You will be supported by staff and host churches whether you are serving in the city or countryside.
Positions:
- 1200 or more positions available to conduct outreach activities alongside the national churches or Christian groups.
- Opportunities to teach in elementary or high schools.
- One-year renewable contracts. Applications accepted year round.
Locations:
Taiwan, Japan, China.
Required Support Raising:
US$250-500/month.
Supplemental Income:
To be provided by the host church/school. The range is from US$350-$500 per month, depending on the region or country. Housing and local transportation will be provided.
Job Description:
- Work with the host church's youth program and teach English to the students as part of the church's outreach functions.
- Teach English in a private or public school for 10-15 hours/week.
- One month summer vacations and two week winter vacations are available when schools are off.
Training:
The two-week TESOL training program is held in Orange County, California and starts whenever 10-30 team members are signed up. A TESOL certificate will be issued upon completion of the training.
